Do you ship worldwide?

Indeed, we provide complimentary global shipping to all patrons, irrespective of geographic location.

Does the price include taxes/custom charges?

For our esteemed UK clientele, all applicable taxes and import duties are inclusive within the listed price.

International patrons will find prices exclusive of import levies or customs fees. Such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient and vary by jurisdiction. Should formalities be required, the designated courier will initiate contact.

How long will it take to get my order?

Dispatch Timeline:

  • In-stock sculptures: Expedited dispatch within 1-2 business days.
  • Made-to-order pieces: Crafted within 2-3 weeks prior to dispatch.

Transit Duration:

  • UK Destinations: Petite sculptures typically arrive within 3-5 business days post-dispatch.
  • International Destinations: Smaller works generally reach collectors within 7-10 business days.
  • Monumental Sculptures (135cm+): Kindly consult our concierge for bespoke lead times, as global transit ranges from 1-12 weeks based on destination and inventory availability.
Will I get tracking details?

Upon dispatch, you shall receive a digital notification containing your exclusive tracking identifier and a direct link to monitor your artwork's journey.

My sculpture arrived damaged?

Should your piece sustain transit damage:

  • Notify us immediately within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Document damages with the delivery agent upon receipt.
  • Preserve all original packaging materials.
  • Provide high-resolution photos of both damaged crate and artwork, clearly showing shipping labels.

Note: Claims submitted after 72 hours cannot be processed.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages?

Packages undeliverable due to address inaccuracies will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to verify and update the shipping address. A re-shipping fee may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

For packages returned due to recipient unavailability, we will arrange a second delivery attempt. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a restocking fee may apply.

Delivery
Your artwork has arrived! Please inspect the package upon delivery and contact us immediately if any damage is found.
